Public Purpose:
For the purpose of repaying such bonds and for the operation and maintenance of such recreational facilities.
Description of Boundaries:
Begin at the intersection of the Centerline of Pineda Causeway (state road 404) and the mean high water line of the Atlantic ocean; thence meander southerly along said mean high water line of the Atlantic ocean to the south boundary line of Brevard County (north line of Indian River County); thence westerly along said south boundary line of Brevard County to the westerly boundary line of Brevard County; thence northerly along said westerly boundary line of Brevard County to the south line of Township 25 south, range 35 and 36 east to the westerly mean high water line of the Indian River; thence meander southerly along said westerly mean high water line of the Indian River to the centerline of the Pineda Causeway (state road 404); thence easterly along said centerline of the Pineda Causeway to the point of beginning , less and except that area lying within the incorporated limits of the City of Malabar, Florida
