Licensed/Unlicensed Contractor Special Magistrate Hearing

Pursuant to section 286.11, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners Contractor Licensing will be holding a Hearing on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at the Brevard County Government Center, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Space Coast Room, 2^nd floor, Building C, Viera, FL 32940.

If a person desires to appeal any decision made by this board, agency or commission (as appropriate) with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, such a person will need a record of this proceeding and that, for such purposes, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of this proceeding is made, at his/her own expense, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based.

Brevard County adheres to the American Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modifications for access to these hearings upon request.
