BREVARD COUNTY, FL. -- A precautionary boil water notice in the Mims area for residents at the following locations has been rescinded:
A bacteriological survey has determined the water is safe to drink, so the precautionary boil water request is no longer in place. Residents who do not live at one of these addresses were not affected by this boil water notice.
The notice was issued this past week as a result of a water main break that occurred near 2500 N. Carpenter Road in Mims.
