Fall Plant Sale at the Brevard Discovery Garden

BREVARD, FL. – Discover, plant, and grow your own garden! Join us at the Brevard Discovery Garden in Cocoa on Saturday, September 25th, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for our Fall Plant Sale. This event is perfect for plant lovers wanting to add to their garden or for someone just starting out. Cultivate your green thumb and learn more about the fabulous world of plants and insects!

We will have a variety of edible plants that have been grown from seed by local Master Gardeners. Available plants include tomatoes, peppers, and herbs, and pollinator plants. Florida-friendly, native, and keystone plants will also be available for purchase. The UF/IFAS Brevard County Master Gardeners will be on hand to provide advice on the plants that will flourish in your garden.

In addition, we will also have fun activities for the whole family. Play a game of Discovery Garden Bingo to learn more about the resident plants and insects in the garden. Enter drawings to have a chance to win artwork from local artists, a handcrafted quilt, a gorgeous Dancing Lady Orchid, jewelry, and so much more.

Garden visits are free during the plant sale and do not require pre-registration. Parking for this event is at the UF/IFAS Extension office - 3695 Lake Drive, Cocoa, Florida 32926. For payment purposes, please bring cash or checks. Please make checks out to the University of Florida Foundation. Credit cards will not be accepted as a form of payment. Masks are not required but are strongly encouraged for this event.
