Space Available in Canning 101 Class
BREVARD COUNTY, FL – Want to learn the basics of canning? Then consider enrolling in our Canning 101 class! This class will cover water bath canning and pressure canning. You will be able to take your food home after class, so please make sure to bring a box with you as the jars will still be hot. All other materials are provided in class.
This class is on October 12, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and costs $35. Our canning classes are held at the UF/IFAS Extension Office in Cocoa. Space is limited to 8 people. Advance registration is required. Registration ends on October 8, 2021, at 5 pm.
