– Join us to learn how to preserve your own food! Our upcoming canning class will focus on the canning and preserving process of jams and jellies. You will be able to take your food home, so please bring a box with you as the jars will still be hot. All other materials are provided in class.
This class is from 1-3:30 p.m. on Jan. 19, and costs $35. Our canning classes are held at the UF/IFAS Extension office in Cocoa. Space is limited to 8 people and advance registration is required. Registration ends on Jan. 16 at 5 p.m.
