BREVARD COUNTY, FL. -- Brevard County Public Works is seeking an Assistant County Surveyor. This individual will perform skilled technical and professional work assisting in the supervision and operation of all the survey activities for the County Surveying and Mapping Program. 

The position is responsible for supervision of clerical, technical, and professional staff. This individual may act as a County Surveyor, including signing and certifying surveys, reports, and other documents as the licensed Surveyor and Mapper as authorized.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Surveying and Mapping, Geomatics, Geomatics Engineering, Land Surveying, or a closely related field PLUS three years of progressively responsible post-licensing land surveying experience.
