Dist. 2 Commissioner Seeks Planning & Zoning/Local Planning Board Applicants

BREVARD COUNTY, FL. -- District 2 Brevard County Commissioner Tom Goodson is seeking applicants to fill an available seat on the Planning and Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency.

The Planning and Zoning Board (P&Z) / Local Planning Agency (LPA) is made up of volunteer members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. The P&Z/LPA serve as the recommending body for the Board of County Commissioners in matters concerning comprehensive planning, zoning, and land development matters. The P&Z/LPA meet once per month, usually on the second or third Monday of the month except in June and December. The P&Z/LPA meetings are open to the public.
