BAREFOOT BAY, FL. -- A precautionary boil water notice has been issued for residents of the Barefoot Bay water service area living at Community of Snug Harbor Lakes and Village.
A water main break has occurred at 7684 Great Bear Dr. in the Barefoot Bay water service area. The repair has been completed and water service should be restored to all residents.
A precautionary boil water notice has been issued following repairs to the water main break at 7685 Fox Hunter Cir.
We advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used.
This "precautionary boil water notice" will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.
