Gentle stretching and breathing following your own body’s rhythm.

Relaxation and reconnection between your body and your breath to bring peace to your mind. Please bring a yoga mat. $5/class.

Taught by Maëla, a singer, singing teacher, and wellness coach from France. She created a method to expand the development of self-expression with the body, the breath, and the voice.
