As established by Ordinance 96-30, the Port St. John (PSJ) Dependent Special District Board is a volunteer, unpaid member board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. The PSJ Board serves as the recommending body for the Board of County Commissioners in lieu of the Planning and Zoning Board for requests within the Dependent Special District Area of Port St. John.
In order to maintain the recommended CDC precautions wherein providing a safe environment for our customers, board members, and staff, all future meetings of the PSJ board will temporarily be held at the Government Center, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Building C, Commission Room, Viera, Florida. The temporary location change to the Viera Government Center provides opportunity to facilitate the public meetings with a larger meeting room and more resources to allow attendees to follow safe distancing measures and other safety recommendations of the CDC.
