Hatha yoga with Emily is back!
Hatha Yoga starts with periods of focus on your breath, then poses that will help you improve your balance, strength, and flexibility in the spine and hamstrings. Great for individuals who need help improving the range of motions in their joints . You end the class with short period of meditation.
Please bring a yoga mat and towel. Cost is $5.
