Yoga with Pam at the Cape Canaveral Library
Join Pam Holbrook CYI LMT on Fridays from 2:00 PM -3:00 PM as she weaves a varied sequence of breath work, tapping, eye exercises, stretches, standing shapes, short flows and many stress alleviating techniques into a yoga class for you. Prepare to be lightheartedly guided with a strong emphasis on anatomy and alignment. Her cue's will help you remain present so that each expression is felt completely. If you have a request, don't hesitate to voice it. She will add it to the day's practice. This class is suitable for all bodies. $5/class.
