We are pleased to announce that the Brevard County Housing and Human Services will be advertising Rehab, Repair and Reconstruction projects on a new online hosting platform. Starting April 15, 2024, all Rehab, Repair and Reconstruction projects will be posted on a VendorLink .

VendorLink provides a free, user-friendly online portal where Contractors can register to receive bidding notifications. This will allow access to all bidding construction documents from Brevard County Housing and Human Services. The online registration allows Contractors to provide basic information about their company ensuring that they receive relevant bidding notifications. The VendorLink service provides free access to Contractors and other interested parties, including members of the public, to view solicitation and bidding documents.

To become a registered Contractor and be able to obtain automatic email notification of formal bid advertisement documents, please register with an account on the VendorLink  website selecting Brevard County Board of County Commissioners Housing and Human Services Department as the agency. The account will be free access to the Contractor as long and Brevard County Board of County Commissioners Housing and Human Services Department is selected and commodity codes 909-62, 909-54, 909-23. All bidding information including bid advertisement, recommended award and addendums will be posted on VendorLink  It will be the Contractors responsibility to obtain all bid documents from the online hosting website.

Bidders will receive the bid packet containing the scope of work and any supplemental documents at the bid site during the time of the walkthrough. Contractors must sign in on the bid sign-in sheet in order to receive bid documents. Bids should be filled out completely and returned to the Housing and Human Services Department at 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way Building. B., Suite 106 Viera, FL 32940 on or before the bid date in a sealed envelope to be opened by County personnel and the homeowner.

Contractors submitting bids should be a Florida Licensed Building Contractor. Contractor requirements can be found in the bid package.
