Brevard County Service Request for Road and Bridge

To provide information to the Public Works Department on a road maintenance problem within the unincorporated areas of Brevard County (i.e., potholes, road failure, drainage problems, etc.).

Please use the Submit a Service Request link located below on this page to access the Service Request portal. Follow the portal directions using the Submit a Request link located in the portal to complete and submit your service request. This information will be automatically directed to the Public Works Road & Bridge Public Access Service Request system for processing and review.

NOTE: After the request is submitted you will be directed to a summary page containing the information submitted. Please save the request number given so that you can search for your request at a later time if desired.

The Find your Request Here link also located in the Service Request portal can be used to check the status of your service request at any time. Always provide the service request number when directly contacting Public Works operations staff. Please allow a minimum of three (3) business days to respond to your request.

This form SHOULD NOT be used to report emergencies or other serious problems. For emergencies During Business Hours, please contact the Public Works Department directly at (321) 617-7202. For emergencies Outside of Business Hours, please contact the Emergency Operations Center Dispatch at (321) 637-6670.

Please DO NOT use this form for problems/complaints for any roads with a State Road Designation (US1, I-95, SR 528, etc.) or on a city-maintained street. State Roads fall under the jurisdiction of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The FDOT Brevard Operations can be reached at 321-634-6100.
