Manatee Hammock Campground Features and Amenities

Attention Brevard County Campground Patrons

Effective October 1, 2024, we are implementing changes to our length of stay and reservation policies at all three (3) Brevard County Campgrounds.

Reservations: Brevard County residents can reserve up to 395 days (13 months) in advance, while non-residents can book up to 180 days (6 months) in advance.

Length of Stay: The length of stay is contingent on availability and is not guaranteed. Wickham and Manatee Hammock Park have a maximum length of stay of 90 days for RVs and camping units and 14 days for tent campers. Long Point Park Campground's maximum length of stay is 14 days for all campers regardless of camping unit.

This 26.45 acre campground is a well shaded and quiet hammock of pines, palms and foliage providing habitat to squirrels, birds, and tropical creatures.

The river offers shoreline fishing and a perfect view of space launches at Kennedy Space Center. Campers also enjoy access to a recreation hall with a small swimming pool, a fire ring, a mid-sized pavilion, two shuffleboard courts, and a horse shoe pit.

Offering a secluded oasis with easy access to urban amenities, Manatee Hammock is a perfect launch pad to Space Coast parks and attractions, and to East Central Florida.
