Administrative Secretary (AS) in Human Resources - works with the RISK Management group to cover for recent retirees. The AS will assist with clerical operations, e.g., data entry into our proprietary claim system, maintenance of Excel spreadsheets, maintenance of inventory records(Word), uploading documents into electronic files. Individual will be taught about property and liability claims, workers’ compensation claims, Safety & Loss Control functions, legal compliance requirements, etc. Strong Excel and Word skills required. Must be able to type 30 WPM. Requires a typing test, current resume, cover letter and BRAVE application. We can take 2 applicants. Need is immediate.
