Libraries With Heart
It’s easier to be proactive about maintaining a heart-healthy lifestyle when we understand our risks for heart disease. Knowing what your blood pressure is, and what your numbers mean for you, is a great place to begin. Through a partnership with the American Heart Association, the Brevard County Library System is able to offer Self-Monitoring Blood Pressure kits to help support the well-being of our community.
Brevard County Residents can check out a kit from select library branches for free with their library card. Each kit contains a blood pressure monitor, arm cuff (available in two sizes), an informational packet (in English & en español), and a log to track your readings. Visit one of the following libraries to check out a kit today!
