Bonsteel Crossover Closure

Bonsteel Crossover located at 8455 South Highway A1A, in Melbourne Beach, is currently closed for repair/replacement. We will provide a timeline of completion when available. Alternate beach access will be Marks Landing, River Oaks crossover, and Ponce Park Crossovers.

This peaceful 2.34-acre community beach park includes a stabilized parking area, pit style restroom facility, ADA accessible wooden beach crossover, and a raised wooden walkway that goes from the park to the Barrier Island Ecosystem Sanctuary, this park is popular for surfing and surf fishing. Hiking trails, leading to the Indian River, are also located adjacent to the park entrance on Highway A1A.
